Logo Design Code
Violations

Definition & overview

A violation occurs when a member logo design company fails to comply with one or more of the principles and guidelines contained in the LDC Code of Ethics. When a violation occurs and is confirmed by a LogoDesignCode staf member, the membership of the logo designer in question is terminated.

Reporting a violation

While LDC periodically visits member web sites to scan for violations, it depends mostly on clients to report logo design companies that claim LDC membership but do not comply with the principles and guidelines contained in the LDC Code of Ethics.
